Ask ChatGPT about your exchange books
Connect your own ChatGPT to Nexto and ask the questions no single report answers easily: Are my books healthy? Who deleted this entry? Why was profit lower this month? ChatGPT pulls several reports from your real books together and analyses them. Claude and Gemini connect too.
- 13 receipts are still unconfirmed, 14.9 billion toman in total; the oldest is 28 days old. Match them against the bank statement.
- Receivables are concentrated: the 10 largest debtors hold 81% of the total, and “Gulf Exchange — Dubai” alone owes $570K.
- You are short on euro and USDT (about $20K). If the euro rises above 1.1315, closing this short makes a loss.
A simplified view of a conversation; the figures are Nexto’s real answer on a demo exchange.
What you can ask
Questions whose answer isn’t in any one report; the AI finds the reports it needs, puts them together and explains the result.
Need a PDF or Excel statement too? Just ask; the download link appears right in the conversation.
You hold the key
This connection is off by default. The exchange manager turns it on with one tick and can turn it off with the same tick at any time.
Read-only
The AI cannot post, edit or delete entries or send any message.
Same permissions as the app
Each user sees only what they are allowed to see in Nexto. Hidden accounts, profit without permission and confidential notes never leave.
Only for the people you choose
The manager decides which users may connect; the others don’t even see the option.
Your password never leaves
The AI service only gets a short-lived token, never your password. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
Instant disconnect
Each user can revoke their connection from their profile, and switching the key off disconnects everyone at once.
Everything is logged
Switching on and off, creating and revoking connections and every data read are recorded in the activity log.
One thing to know up front: the conversation stays in the user’s own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini account and is kept according to that account’s settings.
Connect in three steps
The manager switches it on
In the assistant settings: the “Personal AI connection” tick and the users’ permissions.
Copy the address
The connection address is on the “AI connection” card in each user’s profile.
Add it in ChatGPT
Add the address as an MCP server, sign in to Nexto and click “Allow”. It’s the same in Claude and Gemini.
Included in the Pro plan and the lifetime licence. It’s on in the free demo so you can try it before you buy.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to connect ChatGPT?
Nexto’s Pro plan or lifetime licence, and a ChatGPT account that can add a custom MCP server (available on paid ChatGPT plans). Claude and Gemini connect the same way.
Can the AI post or delete entries?
No. The connection only reads; it cannot post, edit or delete entries or send any message.
Can my staff connect too?
Only if the manager allows it, and even then they see only what they are allowed to see in the app. Hidden accounts, profit without permission and confidential notes never leave.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere, until you switch it on. After that, only the data needed to answer that question goes to the service the user chose, and it is kept according to the user’s own account settings there.
How do I disconnect it?
The manager disconnects everyone by unticking one box, and each user can revoke their own connection from their profile; it takes effect immediately.
