FX remittance software: from the customer’s request to settlement, in one flow

In most exchange houses, remittances are scattered across paper, Excel and WhatsApp messages, and at the end of the day nobody knows which instalment has arrived. In Nexto a remittance is one complete operation: recorded with rate and profit, a multi-part payment commitment, a receipt that becomes a document by itself, and a statement that reaches the customer in one message.

The remittance flow, step by step

Request and rate

The customer states the amount and destination; the rate comes from the board, the remittance profit is calculated on the spot, and the fee is recorded in any currency you like.

Payment commitment

When money is promised in one amount but arrives in parts, a payment commitment is created; each receipt is one item and the commitment’s progress is live.

The receipt arrives and becomes a document

The deposit receipt is read in the customer’s WhatsApp group, attaches to the right commitment or request and drafts the document; the operator only confirms.

Settlement and statement

The customer balance, currency position and profit update instantly, and the statement goes to the customer or partner in one WhatsApp message.

Everything a remittance office needs

All of these are modules of the Nexto exchange software itself, not separate add-ons; each creates its own document and lands in the reports.

Remittance between two currencies at the reference rate

Toman to dirham, lira to dollar, any pair; the reference rate and the customer rate are recorded separately and the remittance profit shows in the profit and loss report.

Multi-part payment commitment

Total amount, paid items and remainder on one page; unfinished commitments in the “open items” report so no remittance is left half-done and forgotten.

Deposit request with IBAN lookup

The customer sends an IBAN, the account holder and bank are looked up, and a deposit request is recorded with its payment status; partial payments are covered too.

Payment readiness and rial routing

A customer who wants to deposit to you gets an account number; destination accounts are distributed among customers and the system remembers which amount went to which account.

WhatsApp receipt → document

The operations inbox reads receipts from each customer’s WhatsApp group, sets duplicates aside and drafts the document. Large amounts get priority and a deadline.

Fees and remittance profit

Fees received or paid in any currency, referral commissions, and the real profit of every remittance after all of these; in the customer profit report and the traders’ scorecard.

WhatsApp statements for both parties

Each customer’s or partner’s balance and statement goes to their own WhatsApp with one click; a read-only portal is there for high-volume customers.

Several branches and partners

Each branch or partner has its own account, settlement between them is a normal transfer, and the manager sees the whole network on the dashboard.

Crypto in the same flow

A USDT remittance is recorded from its TxID; the amount and network are read from the transaction link, and the AML check of the address runs from inside the form.

End of day

Which remittances are unfinished? One glance

The “open items” report gathers every unfinished commitment, unpaid deposit request and pending cash-desk order on one page — with total, paid and remaining. Before going home the manager knows what must be chased tomorrow morning.

Frequently asked questions about remittances

Is remittance software different from exchange accounting software?

In Nexto they are one and the same. A remittance is an exchange operation that creates its own double-entry document, feeds the currency position and profit, and appears on the customer’s statement; there is no separate module that could disagree with the accounting.

How is a remittance that is paid in several instalments recorded?

With a “payment commitment”: the total is promised once and every receipt is recorded as one item. Progress, paid and remaining are known at any moment, and WhatsApp receipts attach themselves to that commitment.

Does it work for a branch or partner in another country?

Yes. A remittance between two currencies is recorded at the reference rate, the fee and remittance profit are calculated separately, and the counterparty has its own account; each party’s statement is sent with one WhatsApp message.
