What's new in Nexto

When you select a date range in the statement, the "last few documents" limit no longer applies, and all documents in that range (up to 1,000 rows) are shown.

The names your desk writes for currencies in WhatsApp messages ("Herat dollar", "harat", "ringgit"…) are now saved in your exchange's own dictionary.

If a word is not recognized, the Inbox card shows an "Unknown word" badge. Pick the correct currency and click "Add to dictionary": the message is re-read, and next time the word is recognized automatically. You can also define words in the currency form (the "Desk words" field) and in Inbox settings.

At the end of each month a management report is prepared showing trade volume, profit by currency, most profitable customers, most profitable and most loss-making trades, expenses, and customers who have stopped coming. The annual report is also generated automatically a few days after the year ends.

Balances and turnover of hidden accounts are no longer shown in any report, except to users who have permission to view hidden accounts or are on that account's allowed list. This rule also covers the debtors list, balances, trial balances, cash boxes, the dashboard and the assistant.

With Ctrl+K or the magnifier at the top of the page, search now covers these items in addition to customers and document codes: tracking codes and transaction hashes, document descriptions, IBAN and card numbers, cheque Sayad IDs, wallet addresses and WhatsApp inbox messages. Each group is shown only to users who have access to that section.

Every table with more than a few rows now has a quick search box with a result counter. The box is available on mobile too. The account list in forms is also loaded once, so account search is instant.

If you enter a document that looks the same as one that was just recorded, the app warns you but does not block you. If they really are two separate documents, confirm and continue.

For each trade, the position's amount and average cost immediately before that trade are recorded and shown in the form preview, the document summary and the trade list. This makes it clear where each trade's profit came from. The trade list columns are also better organized: the trade itself first, then the profit calculations.

View expenses by account, month, currency and place of payment. The reference-currency equivalent is calculated at each document's own daily rate, and the report includes a comparison with the previous period and a 12-month trend chart. It exports to Excel and PDF, and its permission is separate from the Profit & Loss permission.

If a trade message is edited or deleted in WhatsApp, or corrected with an "Edit:" reply, the Inbox card is updated and the previous text stays visible, struck through. A "Cancel" reply cancels the quoted trade. If the document has already been booked, the app leaves it untouched and the card comes back with a "Corrected after booking" badge so you can decide yourself.

Before receiving or paying crypto, assess the risk of the wallet address: high-risk labels, links to suspicious services and additional reports. Each check is kept in the history with a note and a link to the customer, and its cost is deducted from your Nexto Services credit.
