Nexto
Operational workflow automation — not an accounting feature

Rial routing:
Every customer gets their own account — and the system remembers

When dozens of customers must deposit rial and you have several destination accounts, “who pays into which account?” becomes a nightmare. Nexto automates this workflow.

The workflow, step by step

Rial debts are identified

The system identifies customers who owe rial from their balances.

IBAN inquiry

The customer's IBAN is checked and the account holder's name and bank are confirmed.

Destination accounts are distributed

Your accounts are distributed among customers, and the system remembers which amount was assigned to which account.

Send to customer

The operator sends the amount and account number to the customer — from inside Nexto.

The receipt comes back

The customer sends the deposit receipt; the receipt becomes an accounting document.

Balances update automatically

The customer's debt and the destination account balance are corrected automatically — no manual entry.

The manager sees everything

Assigned, paid, remaining, and each customer's account — in one live dashboard.

Manager dashboard

At any moment: how much I've assigned, how much has arrived, how much remains

End of day no longer starts with “whose deposit was this?”. Every deposit has an owner in advance; every destination account has an assignment history.

  • Amount assigned per customer and per account
  • Paid and remaining per assignment
  • Assignment memory: next time, the same account for the same customer
