My Profile
Personal items (My profile, My currencies, My activity, My WhatsApp) are no longer in the side menu; open them from the user menu (click your name in the top bar). A red dot next to the avatar means the WhatsApp connection is down.
Your own personal settings — language, calendar, number format, password, and shortcuts. Anything you change here is just for you; colleagues won't notice a thing.
Fields

Notes
- "My shortcuts" (the ⭐ pin next to menu items) are also personal to you and are managed from the menu itself. You can pin up to 10 shortcuts (the side rail's capacity); the counter next to “My shortcuts” shows how many you have used.
Two-factor reminder
Until you enable two-factor login, a reminder bar appears at the top of pages. It is not mandatory: “×” closes it until the end of this session and “Don't remind me again” turns it off for good (you can bring it back from this card with “Turn reminder on”). We recommend enabling it, especially for the manager and the accountant.
Two-factor login (Google Authenticator)
Enable it from the “Two-step sign-in” card: scan the QR code with Google Authenticator (or any TOTP app), or take the key with “Copy key” and enter it manually (Enter a setup key); confirm the 6-digit code and keep the 8 one-time recovery codes somewhere safe. From then on every sign-in needs your password plus the app code; tick “remember this device for 30 days” on your usual devices. Disabling also asks for the current app code.
Active devices
The “Active devices” card lists your active sign-ins; repeated sign-ins from one device (same browser and OS) collapse into one row with the sign-in count, IP and last activity. The current one is tagged “this device”, and when there are many, the first 8 are shown with a “show more” button. If you do not recognise a device, click “disconnect other devices” and change your password.
Shortcuts panel
Press ? anywhere in the app to open the list of all your active shortcuts (Ctrl+K and Alt shortcuts). Global search stands apart: the magnifier button labelled Ctrl+K is always visible in the top bar and also opens on click. In the results, each customer row shows "Statement, Edit, Trade, Transfer" chips; pick one with ← → and open it with Enter (the trade/transfer form is prefilled with that customer). Global search covers: account name, number, phone and wallet address; document codes, tracking codes/transaction hashes (on the document or the transfer) and document descriptions (never private notes); cheque Sayad or serial numbers; IBAN/card numbers of deposit requests and payment obligations; the text of WhatsApp inbox messages and OCR-read receipts; and page names. Each group appears only with its own permission and hidden accounts are excluded.
