Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and Servat Afarinan Kohan Co. (the maker of Nexto). By creating an account, obtaining a demo, or purchasing any plan, you have accepted these Terms.

What the service is

Nexto is currency-exchange management and accounting software provided as a cloud service. Each customer is set up on its own dedicated subdomain and separate database; the data of two currency exchanges does not sit in one shared table.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining your username and password, and for the actions performed with them.
• You define the internal users of the currency exchange yourself and assign each one’s access level yourself.
• Two-factor login is available; we recommend enabling it.
• If you suspect that your account has come into another person’s access, notify us immediately.

Demo

The demo is for evaluation: it is time-limited, filled with fabricated sample data, and is deleted after the period ends. We have no obligation to maintain data on the evaluation demo — do not enter your currency exchange’s real data into the demo.

Plans and payment

• The prices and limits of each plan are on the Pricing page, and that is the reference.
• The subscription is prepaid; for the selected monthly or annual period.
• Payment is made with Tether on supported networks. We do not receive or store bank card information.
• The services wallet is separate: inquiries (IBAN, identity, AML, energy, OCR) are deducted from it. Each plan has monthly gift credit that is renewed at the beginning of each month and does not accumulate; any excess is deducted from the wallet.
• If the subscription is not renewed, access is suspended; making backups before that is your responsibility.

Your data belongs to you

• Your currency exchange’s ledger, customers, transactions, and documents are your data, not ours. We are the host.
• Whenever you wish, you can download a complete and usable backup of it.
• We do not touch the data inside your software. For support, read-only and time-limited (72 hours) access exists, which is activated with your notice and expires by itself.

Permitted use

• Nexto is a tool for recording and reporting. Compliance with the laws and regulations of your business — including anti-money-laundering and customer-identification obligations — is your own responsibility.
• Use for illegal activity, circumventing legal restrictions, or harming the service and other customers is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, reselling the service, or granting access to it without written agreement is not permitted.

Inquiry services

Inquiries (IBAN, banking, identity, AML, Tron energy, OCR) come from external service providers and we are only the technical intermediary. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of their responses, and each call, whether its result is useful to you or not, is deducted from the services wallet. The final decision — accepting a receipt or an address — is yours.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service always available and to perform updates with minimal impact, but we have not given a numerical service level commitment (SLA) unless separately and in writing agreed. Outages arising from infrastructure, network, or external services are outside our control.

Suspension and termination

• If the subscription is not paid, or the service is used in a way that harms others or the system, access will be suspended. Except in urgent cases, we will notify you before suspension.
• You may stop use whenever you wish.
• After the end of cooperation, you have the opportunity to take your final backup; details of the retention period are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Nexto is a tool; responsibility for the accuracy of the data you enter and the decisions you make based on reports is your own. Our liability in any event does not exceed the amount you have paid in the past 12 months for the subscription. We accept no liability for lost profits or indirect loss.

Trademarks

The Nexto name and mark belong to us. The names of other products and companies belong to their owners, and reference to them is solely for description.

Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, the date at the top of the page will be updated, and we will notify important changes through the same means by which we are in contact with you. Continuing to use after notice means acceptance of the new version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and disputes will be heard in the competent authorities of Iran.

Reference language

This document is published in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Persian version is the reference.
