WhatsApp Message Templates
Shape the text of the messages the app sends to customers to your own liking here: balance message, trade (buy/sell, with/without fee), transfer, statement, settlement, and the day's profit report. Variables are written as %var% and get filled in with the real values when sent.

| Language of outgoing messages | "Same as system language" or "English." With English, the customer's name comes from the English translation and the date is Gregorian, and you edit the English version of the templates. |
| Templates | Each template shows its own allowed variables below the box; clicking a variable inserts it at the cursor position. |
Notes
- Each language's templates are saved separately; switching languages doesn't clear the template contents.
- There are four trade templates: buy/sell × with/without fee — the system picks the right one on its own.
Access to this page has its own dedicated permission: “Edit WhatsApp message templates”. You can grant it to a user without giving them access to the rest of the system settings (admin and accountant have it by default).
