Transfers

Transfers

The archive of every movement of funds: who, to whom, how much, at what fee, and with what tracking code. The busiest list after Trades.

Where This Page Fits

  • New entry: Funds Transfer. Unfinished operations (open items): Reports → Open Items.
  • Clicking a voucher opens the full details plus the option to adjust it (an adjusting voucher).

Working With the List

  • The "Currency" column is a selector defaulting to "All currencies"; the "Fees" column also has a numeric filter and sorting.

Notes

  • Transfers tied to a staged deposit/bank remittance are marked accordingly and can be tracked from their own page.
  • Tracking whether deposit slips have actually landed is done on the dedicated Collection Control page (Receive & Pay menu).

Table Filtering and Sorting

  • There is a filter row right under the column headers: in a text column type part of the value, in a numeric column give a "Min" or a range ("100-500" means between the two, "-500" means at most 500), in an option column pick from the list. The filter applies to every record on the server, not just the page you are looking at.
  • Column headers carrying the ⇅ mark sort when you click them: ⇅ neutral, ▲ ascending, ▼ descending.
  • Changing a column filter, the sorting, the page or "per page" happens without reloading the page: only the table body is swapped, so your filters and scroll position stay put. The page address only changes with the filters in the form at the top of the page (date range and grouping).
  • Active filters are kept while you page through the list, and the Excel/PDF export sees exactly the same ones. To clear one, empty the field or leave the "All" option.
  • On mobile the less important columns are folded away; the round + button at the start of each row opens the rest of the information as "label: value".
  • The page defaults to today’s transfers — clear the date fields and press search to see the full history.

Excel and PDF export

Both exports look the same: a dark header with the report and exchange name, an info card (report filter — the very date range and search active on the page — and the generation date), a cream header row, and borders only around cells that contain data.

  • Excel: the date, time and Gregorian date columns (a real Excel date, for sorting and formulas) come first in the table. The header row is frozen and the amounts are real numbers in Latin digits, so you can write formulas straight on them. The colors mean the same as they do on the page.
  • PDF: the same layout, but without the Gregorian date column — space is tight in a PDF.
