Debtor Aging

Debtors broken down by "how long it's been since we heard from them": fresh (<7 days), 7–15, 15–30, and over 30 days. The older the balance, the higher the risk of it going bad — chase the red band first.

Notes

• Only debit balances of active customers are shown.
• The reference-currency equivalent is calculated at today's rate; the "days" column is the gap since that currency's last transaction.
• From the Statement, you can send the balance to the customer's WhatsApp group as a reminder.
• The currency selector on this page is searchable: type part of the name or code (e.g. usd, dirham) to filter the list.
