My WhatsApp

The bridge between the app and your personal WhatsApp: scan the QR code once, and from then on, account balances, statements, and voucher summaries go out to the customer's group with one click, from your own number. Each user connects their own WhatsApp.

Steps to Connect

1. On your phone: WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device.
2. Scan this page's QR code — done.

What You Can Do Once Connected

• Send the account balance (image), statement PDF/Excel, and voucher summary to any account's WhatsApp group.
• Refresh account group names: the group name for any account that has a group ID is updated from your WhatsApp.
• Group search when linking a group to an account (in the account form) is also done through your connected WhatsApp.

Notes

• The session is only kept on this server; "Disconnect" removes it.
• If an account has no balance, the "Send balance" button sends a settlement message.
• If the session drops, you'll see a warning at the top of pages — just scan the QR again.
