Dashboard

The first page after logging in, and a "one-second look" at the whole exchange: how much is in the tills and banks, the overall state of accounts, and where the frequently-used action buttons are. If you're new here, start here — everything is reachable from this page.

Where This Page Fits

  • Clicking any account/till takes you to that account's Statement.
  • The numbers on this page are the same General Ledger balances; details are in Reports → General Ledger.

Notes

  • Balances are shown broken down by currency; "Debit" means that account owes the exchange, and "Credit" means the exchange owes it.
  • If you don't see an account, it may have been set to "Inactive" or "Hidden" (see the Customers page guide).
  • The menu has Alt+letter keyboard shortcuts; these are customized in My Profile.
  • When the menu is collapsed, each icon shows its name underneath. Clicking a section name opens that section's submenu as a panel beside it (the menu itself does not move); the shortcuts at the top go straight to their own page. The « button at the top keeps the menu pinned open.
  • The "Credit limit breaches" card is manager-only: customers whose debt exceeded their credit limit in the last 7 days, with debt and limit amounts.
  • The “Treasury” card lists only tills, banks, and wallets that currently hold a balance; empty ones are hidden to keep the dashboard clean (all of them appear in the Cash Book).

Hover over the profit and volume charts to see the exact date and value for each day.

Work follow-ups (counter cards)

The top of the dashboard shows pending-work counters per role: open payment commitments, open deposit requests, and receipts awaiting clearance — green means nothing to chase; red/amber means click through to the work queue. The "Documents I booked today" card is your personal tally for the day. The "Exchange treasury" card (cash/bank/wallet balances) is shown only to managers and accountants; a cashier sees their own tills in their own card.

Report a problem to support

The 🐞 button in the top bar is always available: whenever something misbehaves, describe it and send. Only technical page info (page name, version, browser, technical errors) accompanies the report — no financial data is sent.

  • Dashboard table cards are laid out two per row (stacked on narrow screens); a table wider than its card scrolls inside the card, not the page.

Forgot password: on the login page click "Forgot my password — recover via WhatsApp". WhatsApp opens with a prepared message to the Nexto line; just press send. If your WhatsApp number is stored in the "WhatsApp IDs" of your profile, a 15-minute password link comes back to that same number. If not, you get a "not registered" reply and the exchange admin must add the number to your profile. At most three links per hour per user.

The "Page expired" message (419) is not an application error and need not be reported: the page (usually the login page or a form left open for a long time) belonged to a session that had expired. On the login page you are returned to login automatically and simply sign in again; on other pages use "Back" to return to the form and submit again — nothing was saved.

Sharing the page link

The installed app (PWA) has no address bar, so the 🔗 button in the top bar shares or copies the current page link. In a regular browser the button is hidden because the address is already in the browser bar; the same action is also available from the user menu → “Share this page link”.
