Notes
- After changing sensitive settings (calendar/language), refresh the pages to see the full effect.
Cross-trade pricing (no reference currency)
When neither side of a trade is the reference currency (e.g. EUR against TRY), the reference rates must come from the board. Three modes are available:
- Anchor at the sold currency's board sell rate (default): the whole spread is attributed to the sold side.
- Anchor at the sold currency's board mid: the other side derives from the deal itself; no separate dealer profit.
- Each side at its own board mid: the value difference of the two sides is booked immediately as "dealer profit", while market-movement profit stays in the currency position — separating trading skill from market movement. Because it depends on live board rates of both sides, it can only be enabled when the Nexto API key (live rates) is configured.
If one side has no board rate, the side that has one automatically becomes the anchor so registration never blocks. Keeping board rates fresh (automatic API updates) matters for the accuracy of all modes.
This guide comes straight from the in-app help and refreshes with every update.
