Gold documents
A list of all gold documents: pieces received, pieces issued and moves between cash boxes. This page is visible only when “Gold trading” is on in Settings.
Filters
- Range: from and to the document’s value date (default today; “All” removes the range).
- Type: All, Piece received, Issue piece or Move.
- The filter row above the table: search the document code, counterparty, cash box, notes and recorded by; ranges for “Pieces” and “Metal (18K g)”. Click a column header to sort.
Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | The document code; click it to open the document itself. A red badge means the document is a correction or has been corrected |
| Type | Received (green), issued (amber) or move (blue) |
| Counterparty | Whoever gave or took the gold; empty for a move |
| Cash box | The document’s cash box; for a move, “source cash box → destination cash box” |
| Pieces / Metal | The number of pieces and their total metal in 18K grams (bars are not counted in metal) |
Notes
- Excel and PDF export give you this list with the same filters.
- To see the pieces in a cash box right now, go to “Pieces in stock”; to trace a single piece, go to “Assay mark trace”.
- A document that has been deleted or reversed no longer has any pieces, so its type and counterparty show as empty.
