Customer Stats
What is this page?
A one-look performance profile of a customer: since the day they were registered (for imported customers, the original Hamyar date) — how much they traded, how much profit they brought you, and how much of their money sits with you. You reach it from the stats icon next to any account picker or from the statement page; the top buttons link to "Edit account" and "Statement".
How to read the numbers
- Trades: total count + volume in the reference currency (the sold side of each trade at its own registration-time rate).
- Our profit from this customer: trade profits plus transfer fees charged to them.
- Balance float: the daily average of money the customer keeps with you — each day's closing balance since registration is converted at that day's rate and averaged. "Average debt" is the same calculation for days they owed you.
- Transfers by currency: exact counts and totals per currency; the footer row is the approximate reference equivalent at each document's historical rate.
- Rank: the customer's position among all customers by 12-month trade volume.
- Cheques appear only if the customer has any.
Notes
- Reference-currency figures are approximate (historical or live rates), not accounting records; the statement is always the source of truth.
- The calculation is heavy and cached for up to 24 hours; use the 🔄 button to refresh instantly.
- The customer's note and credit limit (if set) appear at the bottom.
Filters
This page is now a report: open it from the "Customers & Accounts" menu, pick the customer, and optionally set a date range — every figure (trades, transfers, float, chart) is computed for that range only. "Average balance" is the signed daily net: green means on average their money sat with you, red means on average they owed you; average float, average debt, and peak float are shown beside it. The 12-month rank is always global and ignores the range.
