Hand over a photo of the receipt, don't type it: amount, source and destination bank, payer and payee names, tracking code, date, and IBAN are extracted from the image using AI. This is the same engine behind the WhatsApp inbox.
Usage
Upload a photo (JPG/PNG/WebP); a few seconds later the extracted fields appear along with a confidence percentage.
- If the receipt has an IBAN, the "Create deposit request with this IBAN" button fills the deposit request form with the IBAN, holder name, and bank.
- Photos of account information (IBAN cards) are also supported.
- Screenshots of crypto transactions (exchange withdrawals) are also recognized: transaction hash, network, and amount.
- This same extraction runs automatically on every receipt in the Operations Inbox (WhatsApp groups) too.
Cost and Accuracy
- Each processing run deducts a small amount from Cloud Services Credit (Customer Panel → API Usage).
- If you see an "amount mismatch" flag, be sure to compare the amount against the photo itself.
- A clear, complete photo (with the amount and numbers not cut off) improves accuracy.
