Activity Log
The app's black box: every login, every voucher created and adjusted, every settings change — with time, user, IP, and details. When the question "who did this?" comes up, this is where the answer is.
Working With the List
- The form above the table carries a date range, source, event type, and grouping; the user (a selector defaulting to "All users"), the action (a selector defaulting to "All actions"), and the text search live in the filter row under the column headers. Excel/PDF export is built with those same active filters.
Notes
- Logs are read-only and are never deleted.
- Each user's login count is summarized in User Activity Report.
Table Filtering and Sorting
- There is a filter row right under the column headers: in a text column type part of the value, in a numeric column give a "Min" or a range ("100-500" means between the two, "-500" means at most 500), in an option column pick from the list. The filter applies to every record on the server, not just the page you are looking at.
- Column headers carrying the ⇅ mark sort when you click them: ⇅ neutral, ▲ ascending, ▼ descending.
- Changing a column filter, the sorting, the page or "per page" happens without reloading the page: only the table body is swapped, so your filters and scroll position stay put. The page address only changes with the filters in the form at the top of the page (date range and grouping).
- Active filters are kept while you page through the list, and the Excel/PDF export sees exactly the same ones. To clear one, empty the field or leave the "All" option.
- On mobile the less important columns are folded away; the round + button at the start of each row opens the rest of the information as "label: value".
- This page defaults to today; change the dates or clear them and search to see earlier days.
- In the date picker, today is outlined and the “Today” button below the calendar selects it in one click.
Events are grouped by day like the statement page (the first column shows only the time; full timestamps return if you sort by another column or group by user/action). The "Summary of this filter" panel beside the table shows the total events, writes vs. page views, and per-action counts for the active filters, refreshing automatically as filters change.
