Debtors & Creditors

A simple, definitive list: in one specific currency, who owes you and who you owe — sorted from the largest amount down, with a total for each column.

Where This Page Fits

• Each customer's multi-currency view: Customers (net position) or Statement.
• For the age of receivables: Debtor Aging.

Notes

• Change the currency from the top of the page; the reference currency is the default.
• The currency selector on this page is searchable: type part of the name or code (e.g. usd, dirham) to filter the list.
• Three summary cards sit on top: total debtors, total creditors and the net (their difference — what you are owed or owe in that currency). Each table also carries a footer total with the account count.

The "Net of all currencies (in reference currency)" checkbox replaces the single-currency view with each customer's net across all currencies converted at board rates — the same figure as the "Net" column of the customers list. Columns can be sorted by clicking headers and filtered with the boxes below them.
