Receipt Collection Control
This page is your daily workbench for one simple question: “Did the money the customer sent a receipt for actually land in the account?” Nothing lands here on its own: only documents you ticked “Awaiting collection” on while recording them — on the transfer form and on the commitment-part form, for any currency. The tick is off by default, and however you leave it is how it comes back next time.
How the page opens
- Currency defaults to Toman (most receipts are in rial), but you can pick any other currency or «All currencies», and your choice is remembered for next time. This filter stays in the form above the table together with the date range, because the table has no currency column.
- Status defaults to «Pending» so only unfinished work is in front of you; that choice now lives in the «Collection status» column selector (the filter row under the column headers), and one click also shows collected, problem, or all.
- A summary strip at the top shows how many are pending, how many have a problem, how many were collected today, and the total pending amount.
What you can do on each row
-
✓ Confirm collection: the money landed; the receipt turns green and closes.
-
⚠ Flag a problem: a box opens, you write the problem note (required) and save it so you remember why later.
-
📤 WhatsApp: send a message to that customer’s WhatsApp group. A small menu next to the button chooses the message type:
- Follow-up (default for pending): “we are following up on the receipt, let us know if there is a problem”.
- Problem: the “not landed yet” message.
- Confirm collection: “your receipt has been collected”.
The message is only sent when you click, never automatically. If the customer has no WhatsApp group or your WhatsApp connection is down, the button does not appear.
Bulk actions
Tick several «Pending» receipts and press «Confirm collection for selected» to turn them all green at once. The checkbox in the header selects them all.
Notes
- Nothing is ever confirmed automatically. A ticked receipt stays open until you mark it «Collected» or «Problem» yourself, however many days that takes.
- The amount range and the document search work like the other lists, in the filter row under the column headers, and Excel/PDF export is available above the table.
- This page only changes the collection status; it does not touch the financial voucher itself or the account balance.
Following up one customer
Click a row's payer or receiver name to open that account's collection follow-up page: all of their unsettled receipts from both directions, with a separate WhatsApp button for each side of the transaction.
Table Filtering and Sorting
- There is a filter row right under the column headers: in a text column type part of the value, in a numeric column give a "Min" or a range ("100-500" means between the two, "-500" means at most 500), in an option column pick from the list. The filter applies to every record on the server, not just the page you are looking at.
- Column headers carrying the ⇅ mark sort when you click them: ⇅ neutral, ▲ ascending, ▼ descending.
- Changing a column filter, the sorting, the page or "per page" happens without reloading the page: only the table body is swapped, so your filters and scroll position stay put. The page address only changes with the filters in the form at the top of the page (date range and grouping).
- Active filters are kept while you page through the list, and the Excel/PDF export sees exactly the same ones. To clear one, empty the field or leave the "All" option.
- On mobile the less important columns are folded away; the round + button at the start of each row opens the rest of the information as "label: value".
