Customers
Your financial phone book: every customer account with one golden summary number — "Net position" — telling you whether this customer, taken altogether (all currencies at today's rate), owes you or is owed. From here you jump straight to each customer's statement and file.
To create a non-customer account (till, bank, wallet, asset, expense) there are two quick paths: the "New account" item in this same "Customers & accounts" menu, or the "+ Other account" button above the customer list where you pick the type directly.

Where This Page Fits
- Click the name → Statement; "Edit" → account form; other account categories (till, bank, wallet, etc.) live in the General Ledger.
Notes
- "Net position" is the sum of all currencies at today's rate: red = customer owes, green = customer is owed, "Settled" = zero. This column has no filter or sorting, because it is built by summing balances across several currencies with a rate conversion on the server.
- Trade counts exclude adjustments.
- An "Inactive" customer doesn't appear in account selection lists; "Hidden" is visible only to permission holders.
- The Excel/PDF export on this page is enabled only for the system's main admin.
Table Filtering and Sorting
- There is a filter row right under the column headers: in a text column type part of the value, in a numeric column give a "Min" or a range ("100-500" means between the two, "-500" means at most 500), in an option column pick from the list. The filter applies to every record on the server, not just the page you are looking at.
- Column headers carrying the ⇅ mark sort when you click them: ⇅ neutral, ▲ ascending, ▼ descending.
- Changing a column filter, the sorting, the page or "per page" happens without reloading the page: only the table body is swapped, so your filters and scroll position stay put. The page address only changes with the filters in the form at the top of the page (date range and grouping).
- Active filters are kept while you page through the list, and the Excel/PDF export sees exactly the same ones. To clear one, empty the field or leave the "All" option.
- On mobile the less important columns are folded away; the round + button at the start of each row opens the rest of the information as "label: value".
The "Net" column now sorts (click the header) and takes a numeric filter like other columns; the filter works on the absolute value (e.g. "1000-5000" matches both debtors and creditors in that range). Name search also ignores spaces and half-spaces ("امیرحسین" = "امیر حسین").
