Daily Position

A "currency balance sheet" for each day: for every currency, it shows what you started the day with, how much you bought and sold (at the average rate), what you ended with, what it's worth at today's price, and how much profit is sitting on it.

Where This Page Fits

• Clicking any currency opens its Currency Distribution (which tills/accounts hold it).
• Valuation uses the board's mid rate (rounded per that currency's configured decimals).

Notes

• Past days' balances are calculated by "rebuilding" from later trades, so any date can be viewed (the "previous day" button).
• "Unrealized profit" only makes sense for today: (mid rate − average position) × amount.
• Trades adjusted/cancelled the same day are excluded from that day's buy/sell figures (their net effect is zero).
