Assistant & AI
AI Assistant
An experimental chat page: ask in your own words — "What's X's balance?", "Show yesterday's activity for account Y", or "How do I book a double trade?" — and get a text answer. The assistant is included in the Pro plan and the lifetime license.
What it can do
- Search accounts, per-currency balances, and recent account activity.
- Answers "how do I…" questions from the app's own help pages.
Safety rules
- Read-only — it never records documents or changes anything.
- It sees exactly what you see: hidden/confidential accounts you can't access stay invisible to it; private notes are never given to it.
- Every question is recorded in the activity log.
- To build each answer, the data the assistant reads with your access is sent to the AI service OpenAI. The admin can turn off the whole assistant in the assistant settings.
- The assistant can make mistakes; verify important figures with the app's reports.
Chat features
- New conversation: the header button clears the chat memory; after 10 minutes of silence it also resets automatically so answers don't mix with an old topic.
- Quick access: the assistant sits at the top of the sidebar (below Dashboard) and opens from any page with Alt+P.
- Rate answers: tap 👍/👎 under each answer — this feedback directly improves the assistant.
- Beyond balances and statements it also knows: board-rate history ("what was the dollar yesterday?"), two-period comparison with daily averages, cash-box books, and a visual balance-trend chart.
- Since October 2026 it also answers: a customer's net balance in the reference currency or the ranking of biggest debtors/creditors with all currencies combined (the "Net" column of the customers page), month-by-month profit with volume, average profit per trade and profit percentage, most profitable and loss-making customers, transfer fees (totals and largest), daily revaluation amounts, new customers in a period (with a PDF/Excel file), and a file of the "last N trades/transfers". It finds names despite a one-letter typo, recognises customer groups, and links "send his statement" to the account mentioned earlier.
- Since late October 2026 it also answers: the exchange's open operations (open payment commitments with remaining amounts, open and urgent deposit requests, pending cash orders, and next-day/two-day trades due for delivery), my tasks and overdue ones, pending inbox items, and payment routing ("who can pay 5 billion toman on our behalf?"). Trade lists can be filtered by customer group, currency pair, rate range, with or without fee, cash, next-day settlement and double deals, and each trade shows counterparty, rate, fee and trader. It finds names despite similar-sounding letters and up to two typos in long names, and suggests the closest names when nothing matches.
- It also summarises accounting reports: receivables aging, balance sheet, trial balance, statement of changes in equity, expenses by account with a 12-month trend, fee income by source, customer and trader, volume and profit per trader, commissions paid, partner profit sharing, holders of a currency and the 12-month profit trend. It lists customers by group, WhatsApp group, creation date and credit-limit breach, and, when enabled, answers about gold stock and pieces, customer-panel orders and requests and failed WhatsApp sends. Each report is answered only with the permission of its own page.
- Activity log: "who deleted a document yesterday?", "any failed logins?" and search by IP. Every user, even without log permission, can ask about their own activity ("what did I record today?"). User activity with trades, transfers, other documents, trade volume and logins, and active sessions ("who is online now?") are also available, each with the permission of its own page.
Assistant on WhatsApp
Via the assistant's dedicated WhatsApp line you can ask the same questions from a private WhatsApp chat — with your own permissions and the same answers (text, balance card, PDF, chart). Requirements: the admin has listed your number in your user form's "WhatsApp IDs" and turned on "Assistant on WhatsApp". The conversation resets after 10 minutes of silence; sending "new" restarts it any time. An hourly question cap keeps costs in check.
